MHA Management is a project-management consultancy. We treat real estate, programme management, and software builds as the same kind of problem — work that has to be scoped, planned, run, and closed with the same discipline whether the deliverable is a building, an operational change, or a shipped system.

How we engage

Every engagement runs through the same five phases — Discover, Shape, Plan, Run, Close. The vocabulary doesn't change because the domain does. What changes is who we work with and what we deliver.
